   Basic Field Check and Adjustment

 

Bio energy field exercise # 1 

Sit quietly close your eyes and breathe deeply. Shallow breathing indicates jammed chakras, meridians or bodies. Use your fists or tools to do some shadow boxing around the body, and then hold 2 sets of points to open most of the meridians:

1. Directly under the clavicle bones under the round bone protrusions near the

         sternum (K27 meridian points),

2. One inch above and to the side of the navel. Use your fingers to probe for sore

         spots and rub then.

Hold all 4 points above until you can feel a release and an involuntary breath.

 

Then sit quietly again and breathe deeply and consciously for a while. Then rub your hands together until they get hot, shake them out and bring the palms together slowly in front of your chest with the intent to feel your auric field between them. At one point there should be a slight resistance between them, that’s where your inner aura is. Then feel the aura around yourself. You can do this with a partner or by yourself. If at first you cannot feel anything, assure yourself that you can feel it ever so slightly its almost imperceptible and practice this until you can feel it.  

If you have difficulty or want to increase your chi, hold your hands about shoulder width apart pretending you have a brick between them and you are using your strength to keep it from falling. You will feel and increase of sensation shortly, which is chi created from the focus and the intent to keep the imaginary brick between your hands. After holding this position for a while you should be able to “feel” much easier.
